Jefferson Locke is partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, award-winning technology company to find their next Content Marketing Manager. Our client is a well-established B2B tech business serving a large, engaged professional audience across the UK. They've built a strong reputation for innovation in their sector and have the industry recognition to prove it. It's a values-driven, high-performing culture that invests heavily in its people.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute brilliantly. Reporting into the marketing leadership team, you'll own the content strategy across the full customer journey — building brand awareness, generating demand and deepening customer engagement. You'll balance strategic planning with real content creation: writing, video, social — while making sure every piece ladders up to commercial goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and evolve the content marketing strategy, aligned to commercial objectives
  • Build quarterly editorial calendars spanning campaigns, product launches and thought leadership
  • Create blogs, customer stories, whitepapers, landing pages and email content
  • Script and present video, and manage webinars, podcasts and case studies
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on demand generation and sales enablement content
  • Manage LinkedIn, YouTube and other owned channels; drive employee advocacy and executive thought leadership
  • Track performance and optimise for engagement, conversion and ROI
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Leadership

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in content marketing, ideally with agency-side experience in a B2B marketing or creative agency (equally, strong in-house B2B SaaS, technology or professional services backgrounds welcome)
  • A strong track record building and executing content strategy across multiple client or business contexts
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and multi-channel campaigns
  • Solid grasp of SEO and content optimisation
  • Confidence with marketing automation/CRM platforms and analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot or similar)
  • Comfortable on camera producing video content
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Why apply

  • Join a genuine innovator with strong sector recognition
  • A collaborative, high-performing marketing team
  • Exposure to a large, engaged B2B audience
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) from a central London office
  • A benefits package designed around your development and wellbeing
