Regulatory Compliance & Engagement Manager
Our client is a global leader in financial services products and Jefferson Tiley are assisting with the critical hire of a Regulatory Compliance & Engagement Manager.
The successful applicant will lead our interactions with UK and international regulators and drive regulatory change across the business. This is a high-profile, urgent hire with strong exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a main contact for regulators (PRA, FCA, international bodies).
- Manage regulatory correspondence and support first-line teams with submissions.
- Lead horizon scanning and assess the impact of regulatory developments.
- Prepare briefing materials for senior executives and co‑ordinate regulatory visits.
- Influence and challenge internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Maintain governance records and support prudential model updates.
About You
- 5+ years’ regulatory/compliance experience in financial services.
- Strong experience dealing directly with regulators—PRA experience highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders.
- Able to interpret regulatory change and turn it into actionable insight.
- Credible, structured, detail-focused; not afraid to challenge.
Working Model
- Hybrid: 2 days in the office.
- Home Counties primary base, with regular time in the City of London.
Base pay range
c£70-80k (depending on level of experience) + car allowance, benefits package and bonus potential.
