What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development across our onboarding and compliance suite
- Translate regulatory trends and user needs into intuitive features
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
- Conduct market and user research to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve
- Track product performance and continuously refine the offering based on data
What You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in Compliance, LORE and product management - MUST be within compliance, verification and in either legal tech or professional services
- A user-first mindset, with a knack for creating streamlined, intuitive features
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments
- A natural curiosity for market trends and compliance innovation

Important Note:
Please note that this role albeit a hybrid, for your probation period, whilst you get up to speed with the team and product, will require you in the office full time. Thereafter this will reduce down to 3 days in the office.
