Are you a B2B Growth Leader with a strong B2B marcom agency background, having operated as a Head of Growth, Growth Director, or senior Growth Specialist? Are you looking for a bigger stage and a bigger challenge?
We’re offering an outstanding opportunity to join an award-winning, full-funnel B2B marketing and communications agency as Head of Growth.
Here you’ll play a defining role in accelerating this agency into its next phase of expansion bringing your deep expertise in GTM strategy, ABM, and revenue architecture to design, optimise, and scale high‑performing growth systems across the full funnel that will consistently attract and win high‑value clients.
The role is LONDON based – hybrid working and reports directly into the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & own the agency’s growth strategy across brand, demand, outbound, partnerships
- Refine & articulate agency positioning and differentiation
- Deliver predictable net‑new revenue and pipeline performance
- Partner with the Founder on market strategy and service evolution
New Business & Pipeline
- Identify and prioritise high‑value accounts and sectors
- Lead pitch strategy with clarity, structure, and strong storytelling
- Build scalable outbound programmes rooted in insight and relevance
Marketing, Thought Leadership & Content
- Elevate the agency’s profile through distinctive ideas and content
- Build an integrated marketing engine including events, PR, campaigns, editorial
- Champion clear, compelling storytelling internally and externally
Service Proposition & Full‑Funnel Expertise
- Shape & evolve GTM propositions across brand, content, ABM, and demand generation
- Ensure offering meets the needs of complex B2B buying cycles
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to package services effectively
Internal Influence
- Coach teams in commercial storytelling and growth thinking
- Support account teams in identifying expansion opportunities
Core Skills & Experience
- Senior experience in B2B marketing, growth, strategy, or consultancy roles
- Strong understanding of full‑funnel B2B, including ABM, brand, demand generation, and editorial strategy
- Experience working closely with strategy, creative and demand generation teams
- Exceptional storyteller with strong messaging and narrative development skills
- Experienced in applying Sales Methodologies eg, MEDDICC
- Proven ability to win and grow large, complex B2B accounts
- Confident working with C‑suite stakeholders
- High autonomy & leadership influence
