Data Platform Lead - Snowflake - London (Hybrid) - Up to £120,000
We're looking to on board an experienced Platform Lead to lead a modern data and integration platform within an enterprise environment.
This position combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, reliability, governance, automation and a consistent motivation to improve across a cloud-agnostic ecosystem.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end platform delivery, operations, governance and service management.
- Define and execute platform strategy, road-maps and modernisation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Data, Cloud, Dev Ops, and Engineering.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, security standards and compliance requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders and senior leadership to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and containerisation.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and client experiences.
- Strong understanding of Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience using Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Strong experience in Snowflake and Confluent Kafka.
