An established organisation delivering AI and digital transformation solutions is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Leader to support the growth of its Telecoms, Media & Technology client portfolio.
This is a senior, client-facing role combining business development, executive stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership across complex AI transformation programmes.
As organisations accelerate investment in Generative AI, this role offers the opportunity to work with senior decision-makers to define AI strategies, secure new consulting engagements and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with major Technology, Media and Telecommunications organisations, helping clients identify and implement AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Working closely with C-suite and senior leadership teams, you will translate complex AI capabilities into commercially viable propositions, balancing innovation with risk, cost and operational considerations.
You will also provide leadership across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring AI programmes are successfully executed and aligned to client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, develop and close high-value consulting and transformation opportunities within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors.
- Build and manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead executive conversations around Generative AI, helping organisations understand where AI can deliver measurable operational and commercial value.
- Oversee the successful delivery of production AI solutions, guiding architecture, engineering and delivery teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
- Shape AI strategies and solution approaches across the modern AI stack, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases and MLOps.
- Support clients in navigating cloud, security, data governance and operating model considerations required for enterprise AI adoption.
- Communicate complex machine learning and AI concepts in a way that resonates with business leaders, focusing on business impact, costs, risks and time-to-value.
- Contribute to capability growth through mentoring, coaching and sharing best practices across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven history of originating and closing consulting sales and managing large accounts within the Technology, Media or Telecommunications sectors.
- Strong commercial understanding of Generative AI and the modern AI stack
- Hands-on experience leading the delivery of production AI solutions, providing direction to architecture and engineering teams while maintaining accountability for programme outcomes.
- Good understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), including their Generative AI capabilities and the security, data and operating model considerations required for enterprise deployment.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated machine learning and AI concepts to senior stakeholders who are focused on commercial outcomes, risk management, investment decisions and business value.
