Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target state aligned to business, digital, and data strategies.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps and transition states that support both incremental delivery and long‑term transformation.
  • Establish enterprise approaches for integration, data, and AI architectures, ensuring consistency, reuse, and governance.
  • Ensure architectural decisions address scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance, ethical AI, and cost efficiency.
Essential Experience
  • Typically 8+ years in architecture roles, including Enterprise or Lead Architect positions.
  • Experience in complex, integration‑heavy, data‑driven environments.
  • Strong background across business, application, data, integration, AI, and technology architecture domains.
  • Deep understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is desirable but not essential.
Integration and iPaaS Expertise
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience with API management, event‑driven systems, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Desirable AI and Data Architecture Skills
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning architectures, including data foundations and model lifecycle.
  • Awareness of generative AI architectures and integration patterns.
  • Strong appreciation of ethical AI, governance, risk, and compliance.
