Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target state aligned to business, digital, and data strategies.
- Develop architecture roadmaps and transition states that support both incremental delivery and long‑term transformation.
- Establish enterprise approaches for integration, data, and AI architectures, ensuring consistency, reuse, and governance.
- Ensure architectural decisions address scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance, ethical AI, and cost efficiency.
- Typically 8+ years in architecture roles, including Enterprise or Lead Architect positions.
- Experience in complex, integration‑heavy, data‑driven environments.
- Strong background across business, application, data, integration, AI, and technology architecture domains.
- Deep understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at executive level.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is desirable but not essential.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms.
- Experience with API management, event‑driven systems, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of AI and machine learning architectures, including data foundations and model lifecycle.
- Awareness of generative AI architectures and integration patterns.
