As a Data Team Lead, youâll take ownership of a team of Technical Consultants, supporting their growth while still staying close to the handsâon work. Youâll guide solution design, ensure best practice delivery, and help customers maximise the value of their data across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Line manage and mentor a group of Technical Consultants
- Drive engagement, performance, and development plans
- Support certification pathways and build a highâperforming team culture
- Get involved in designing scalable solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Server and more
- Lead the delivery of cloud migrations, modern data lakes, and endâtoâend ETL/ELT pipelines
- Own resource planning, scheduling, and team availability
- Work closely with PreâSales, Commercial, and Project Management to scope work effectively

- Knowledge of lakehouse architecture and largeâscale datasets
- A collaborative style and the ability to build an engaged, inclusive team
