Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Plan and run trial migrations, validate outputs, and reconcile results against source systems.
- Drive data cleansing and de‑duplication efforts to improve overall data quality before migration.
- Define and implement archival strategies for legacy data not moved to the new platform.
- Maintain detailed documentation, validation records, and traceability across all migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (implementation, validation, QA, and business stakeholders) during preparation, testing, and cutover phases.
- Support final cutover and stabilization, ensuring smooth transition into the production environment.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in ERP data migration programs (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong hands‑on expertise in ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with data mapping, data quality improvement, de‑duplication, and archival processes.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and cloud‑based ERP environments.
- Understanding of validation processes, audit readiness, and structured documentation practices.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
Expected Outcomes

- Clean, validated, and reconciled data migrated into the new ERP platform.
- Complete documentation, validation artifacts, and migration reports.
