Description: We’ve partnered with an award‑winning SME Fintech/Financial Services organisation, searching for a seasoned Programme Director for a fully remote Greenfield project. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not advisory, with a strong expectation that you actively shape direction, unblock issues and hold teams and stakeholders to account. This engagement requires a highly experienced programme leader who can take firm ownership of delivery, governance and senior stakeholder alignment.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience leading large, complex programmes in digital banking, fintech or regulated technology environments
- A strong track record of stabilising delivery‑critical programmes under pressure
- Deep experience running senior governance, steering forums and executive stakeholder management
- Commercially astute, with confidence managing contracts, forecasts and delivery trade‑offs
- Comfortable operating with authority, making decisions and holding teams to account
