An established UK organisation is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join its growing Digital & Data function. This role plays a key part in transforming business data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision‑making and improve performance across all functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, developing reports, dashboards, KPIs and analysis that directly influence strategy, forecasting and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop and deliver high‑quality reports, dashboards and bespoke data outputs. Manage recurring reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Work with Power BI to build insightful data visualisations.
  • Analysis & Insight: Conduct detailed research and data analysis to inform business decisions. Support managers in interpreting data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations that enhance efficiency, performance and growth.
  • KPI & Forecasting Support: Build and maintain a robust suite of KPIs. Collaborate with Revenue Managers to support forecasting processes and reporting.
  • Projects & BI Development: Support data and BI projects as part of the wider Business Intelligence team. Contribute to the ongoing development of BI tools and data models.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience developing reports in Power BI.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
