Overview: The Industrials team at Jefferies is one of the most active global franchises in the sector, providing advisory and capital-raising services to leading chemical and materials companies across sub-sectors such as industrial gases, agrochemicals, coatings, and specialty experience in chemicals or industrials preferred.
Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps, LBO), and transaction structuring.
Deep understanding of M additional European languages a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or professional qualification (e. g., ACA, CFA) beneficial but not required.
