Role Overview As a Vice President in Jefferies’ Private Capital Advisory group, you will be a senior execution and client-facing professional in the London team, focused on private equity secondaries transactions—spanning GP-led processes, LP portfolio sales, and structured liquidity solutions.
You will lead deal workstreams, manage junior team members, and contribute to origination efforts across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities Transaction Origination degree from a leading university.
MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
Experience: 6–8+ years’ relevant experience in private capital advisory, secondaries, investment banking, or private equity.
Technical
Skills: Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and structuring expertise.
In-depth knowledge of GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions, fund structures, and related documentation.
Relationship
Skills: Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships.
Strong network across GPs, LPs, and institutional investors in the EMEA private equity ecosystem.
Soft
Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
Leadership qualities with a track record of mentoring junior team members.
