Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Training and Development Analyst to support the delivery of learning and development initiatives across EMEA.

This role combines program coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and data reporting to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, partnering closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, participants, and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery & Operations
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across EMEA.
  • Manage logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, participant communications, materials, and program tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for participants, facilitators, and business stakeholders.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Support the management of our business-specific training curriculums in Europe.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the global T&D team to understand learning needs and ensure programs are delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate feedback collection and program evaluations.
  • Vendor & Platform Management
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, including contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Own the administration of learning platforms and ensure strong engagement and user experience.
  • Monitor program participation and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting & Projects
  • Maintain training data, reporting, and program trackers.
  • Produce insights and recommendations based on participation and feedback data.
  • Support and lead projects that enhance the Learning & Development offering across the region.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, program coordination, events/operations, or a similar role.

Financial services or professional services experience is helpful but not essential.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of programs and projects.
