Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Investment Banking VP to join the PUI team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of complex M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.   • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including other sector specialists and product experts, to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACA) are a plus.
  • Investment Banking Experience: 6+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or a related role, preferably with exposure to the power, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
