Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year
Requirements:
- Technically minded and comfortable acting as both architect and hands-on developer
- Strong and experienced C++ developer
- Capable Java developer with coding experience in the workplace
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-threading and real-time systems
- Experience using SQL, preferably MS SQL Server
- Experience with Git-based source control platforms, beneficial
- Experience with Atlassian products including Confluence, JIRA, and BitBucket, beneficial
- Experience developing and supporting Windows technology applications, both desktop UI and server-side
- Familiarity with developing for Linux deployment
- Knowledge of swaps desirable, preferably with prior experience in this or a related area
- Excellent communication skills, as this is a front office role
- Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with colleagues around the world

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership as required to ensure successful delivery of a project
- Own specific projects or issues from start to finish, including documentation
- Work with global colleagues, stakeholders, and management to ensure appropriate prioritisation
- Write high quality code, perform unit testing, work with QA, and oversee the production release cycle
- Provide 2nd line trade support queries
