Role Overview
You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and pitches, supporting strategic advisory and capital markets execution for healthcare clients across Europe and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, LBO analysis)
- Preparing pitch materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation
- Supporting execution of M&A, equity, and financing transactions
- Conducting in‑depth sector and company analysis within healthcare subsectors
- Coordinating due diligence processes and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and proactively contributing ideas to senior team members
Candidate Profile
- Analyst level 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related role
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare and life sciences
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Associate level 3–6+ years’ experience, ideally with prior investment banking training
- Proven execution experience on M&A and/or capital markets transactions
- Ability to independently drive workstreams and mentor junior team members
- Strong commercial judgment and client-facing capability
