As a Leverage Finance Associate at Jefferies, you will play a critical role in supporting the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers to analyze financial data, create financial models, and contribute to the development of financing solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial statement modeling, cash flow analysis, and credit analysis. Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess the viability and risks associated with leveraged finance transactions.
- Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing and analyzing relevant legal, financial, and industry information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure comprehensive due diligence.
