We are recruiting for a HR Analyst to support the EMEA HR Business Partnering team. This is a forward-thinking role which offers the opportunity to develop skills in a very fast-paced environment.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Addressing HR queries with employees
- Liaising with HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits
- Preparing HR documentation (contracts of employment, change of employment terms letters) and guiding employees on those documents
- Collaborating with the Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on European recruitment, providing guidance on compensation and compliance
- Supporting year-end and mid-year performance evaluations
- Assisting with Compensation processes, system updates, audits, and related tasks
- Coordinating with Employment Legal when necessary
- Conducting new hire check-ins
- Running and analyzing reports
- Participating in ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excel skills including formulas like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE
- Focus on metrics and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with ownership of initiatives
- Team player with initiative and willingness to contribute ideas
- Ability to handle pressure and conflicting priorities
