Jefferies is seeking to hire a high‑performing M&A Analyst or Associate to join its London Investment Banking team, with a specific focus on Greek clients and transactions. The role will support senior bankers in executing domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, with a strong emphasis on Greece‑related coverage. Native‑level Greek language capability is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, including sell‑side and buy‑side mandates, strategic advisory, and cross‑border transactions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis as required).
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Conduct detailed financial, valuation, and strategic analysis across a range of industries.
- Perform company, industry, and market research, including analysis of Greek and international markets.
- Assist in due diligence processes and transaction execution, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors.
- Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Analyst: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
