Deal Execution:
- Play a key role in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Industry Research:
- Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate, gaming and lodging industries.
- Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Client Interaction:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the REGAL group.
- Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking.
