Jefferies’ Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging (REGAL) Investment Banking team in London is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our expanding platform. Our REGAL group partners with leading companies across the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure, and Lodging sectors, advising on complex and strategic transactions across Europe and globally. As a full‑service global investment banking firm, Jefferies offers an entrepreneurial environment where talented professionals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Associates in our REGAL team play a critical role in transaction execution, client engagement, and the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core workstreams across M&A and capital‑raising transactions
- Oversee and refine financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting materials
- Develop client presentations, pitchbooks, strategic analyses, and market materials
- Conduct and supervise detailed industry and company research
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across product, legal, and compliance functions
- Advise, mentor, and support Analysts and interns to ensure high‑quality output and team development
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of investment banking experience within relevant sectors (i.e. Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure or Lodging).
- Strong transaction execution capabilities and experience managing key workstreams
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with senior clients
