Location: Remote (full‑time)
Job Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for Jeeves InstantPay and related stablecoin solutions: prospect, demo, negotiate, pilot, implement, and expand.
- Acquire high‑quality new clients through outbound hunting and cross‑sell/upsell existing customers with consultative sales.
- Target mid‑market and enterprise customers across electronics, logistics, SaaS and other large‑enterprise verticals.
- Sell value to CFO/Head of Treasury level stakeholders, demonstrating FX cost savings, settlement speed, and operational benefits.
- Manage and grow a pipeline, create territory plans, account strategies, and forecast accurately to hit quota.
- Lead pilots and coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and stablecoin partners.
- Act as the customer voice by providing feedback to Product and Engineering and working with Partnerships & Legal around regulated stablecoin issuers and custody providers.
- Develop go‑to‑market plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and case studies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience closing mid‑market and enterprise deals.
- Direct experience selling stablecoin/crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, or cross‑border FX and treasury products.
- Knowledge of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, and counterparty risk, including KYC/KYB compliance.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience selling to senior finance leaders and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder procurement processes.
- Excellent consultative selling skills—build financial models, present ROI, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals (exporters/importers, e‑commerce, logistics, SaaS).
- Ability to operate in a high‑velocity startup environment—proactive, resilient, metrics‑driven.
- Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).
