Your Responsibilities
- Book sales appointments: Create targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers in our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Effective messaging: Deliver clear communication to support planning, forecasting, modeling and budgeting.
- Prospect research: Use buyer-intent tools to identify prospects and tailor outbound messaging to the relevant persona or account.
- Lead qualification: Convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (webinars, whitepapers) into sales opportunities.
- Structured outreach cadences: Follow predetermined workflows to maximize outreach success.
- Collaboration with Marketing/Sales: Work closely with both teams to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics.
Your Profile
- You are driven by customer interaction and have a strong motivation to pursue new business opportunities.
- You work independently, enjoy building accounts from the ground up, and thrive in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
- You want to contribute to a growing success story and feel comfortable operating in a start-up–like atmosphere within an international and well-established organization.
- 1-3 years Business Development experience in a quota-carrying position, ideally at SaaS selling software companies.
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as in Danish, Finnish, or other Scandinavian languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated to develop your sales skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, buyer-intent software, or outreach tools (big plus).
