Your Responsibilities: As the Revenue Program Management & Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing Jedox’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for embedding scalable revenue programmes, clear sales strategies and modern enablement approaches into the day-to-day workflows of our global go-to-market organisation. By leveraging data- and AI-driven workflows consistently, you will ensure higher productivity, consistent execution, and revenue excellence across regions and teams.
- Own end-to-end Revenue Program Management: Maximise global revenue using AI-integrated, agent-based support to boost sales productivity and efficiency.
- Translate strategy into AI-driven sales plays: Turn growth plans into sales plays and manager inspection schedules, using AI to standardise workflows, personalise and increase sales.
- Drive execution and field adoption: Incorporate revenue programmes into daily sales routines (e.g. pipeline reviews, deal inspections) and ensure consistent execution with data- and AI-driven insights.
- Focus on applied execution and AI adoption: Develop training to support outbound sales and expansion, focusing on real-world application, ensuring AI tools are used in live deals and pipeline generation.
- Ensure alignment across Go to Market initiatives: Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure effective execution across all revenue channels.
Your Profile: 6-10+ years' experience in Revenue Program Management and/or Sales Enablement, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise sales. Proven track record: driving sales execution, pipeline growth, and win-rate improvement, focusing on sustainable adoption. Deep understanding of modern sales excellence, including outbound pipeline generation, deal qualification and progression, and expansion. Strong AI mindset, with experience in implementing AI use cases to improve seller productivity and execution quality. Excellent program management skills, including clear KPIs, governance structures, and adoption tracking across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing. Strong analytical and systems skills, particularly with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), pipeline reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to work effectively with sales leadership and frontline teams. Experience with the Winning by Design framework or within the EPM domain is a plus.
