The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Materials and Testing laboratory in Wrexham during an exciting period of growth at Syensqo. Our M&T Lab plays a crucial role in delivering essential product test data for aerospace customer qualifications, product re-sites, problem resolution, and product development.

This role involves:

  • Continuous improvement of testing methods
  • Expansion of testing capabilities to include physical, mechanical, and NDI techniques
  • Supporting test requests and root cause analysis investigations
  • Method development and training delivery
  • Networking with the wider industry and Syensqo community

We offer comprehensive training for newcomers, while candidates with relevant experience are especially encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing new testing techniques, leading improvement initiatives, standardizing reporting procedures, expanding testing capabilities, conducting round robin studies, and supporting accreditation efforts with organizations like Airbus, NADCAP, and NCamp.
