About the Role
As the Pavement Team Leader, you will:
- Lead a talented consultancy team, delivering bespoke pavement designs and specifications.
- Manage technical and forensic investigations to evaluate and improve pavement performance.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
- A degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- Chartered Membership (or working towards) of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
- In-depth knowledge of pavement materials, evaluation, maintenance, and lifecycle costing.
- Experience in pavement condition surveys, asset management, and design standards.
