We are looking for a confident, proactive Project Manager who can quickly establish themselves within projects, take ownership of delivery, identify challenges before they become issues, and work independently while collaborating effectively with both clients and internal teams.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Project Manager to join our team.

You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality client and internal projects, keeping everything aligned across stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.

You’ll need to grasp complex technical requirements quickly, communicate clearly and persuasively, and solve problems before they become issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects end-to-end across multiple time zones.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities, driving issues through to resolution.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, governance, and client-facing communications.
  • Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, and delivery quality.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of coordination.
  • Work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, demonstrating strong technical curiosity and a willingness to understand products, integrations, and solution design.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and project reviews to keep delivery on track.
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and ways of working

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to quickly understand technical language and requirements
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams
  • Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Miro, Microsoft Project Planner
    and presentation tools such as MS Powerpoint
  • Nice to Have
  • Formal project management qualification (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certified)
  • Experience in reinsurance, insurance, financial services, or AI/tech environments
  • Previous consultancy or client-facing PM experience
