Providing a quality service is our primary goal, so quality drivers are the answer. We undertake school contracts and hires, so being able to work and respect students is necessary. Corporate hires require professionalism and accommodation. Rail replacement involves working to the timetable and being sympathetic to displaced passengers. For private hire, making trips memorable for the right reasons is the target.
We allocate drivers to a vehicle, operating a mixed fleet from minibuses to large coaches, so the ability to move around the fleet is ideal. Keeping vehicles clean to maintain our image is essential, as is being of a smart appearance and wearing the company uniform provided.
Hours can vary depending on workload; we guarantee 40 hours per week as basic, but this will often be exceeded with overtime. The hourly rate is £15.00 per hour, with Monday to Friday shifts available. Term time only positions are available at £17 per hour, employed all year round, guaranteed 50 hours a week during term time, with overtime available. There are 28 days paid holiday to be split as you wish across the school holidays, with extra work available at weekends and during school holidays.
We are always looking for casual/adhoc staff to join us. This role is paid £17 per hour and can be at hours agreed to suit your commitments away from work.
