As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor, supporting customers, maintaining presentation, and helping the store run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
- Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — keeping displays fresh and on-brand.
- Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
- A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
