Supervising duties in a fast‑paced, outdoor retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, outstanding store presentation, and efficient store operations.
As a Supervisor at Blacks you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, support colleagues throughout each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You will also assist with daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets Blacks standards.
- Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in‑store systems to access the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
- Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with Blacks’ brand expectations.
- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
