As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in driving strong shop‑floor performance and delivering the JD service our customers expect. You lead by example, supporting your team, keeping standards high and ensuring the floor runs smoothly every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement and maintain a clean, organised and high‑performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining a clean, organised shop‑floor environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
