This role monitors performance across supporting supply chain systems such as Order Management Systems (OMS), customer communication, and customer return platforms while maintaining system rules and logic according to business priorities. The executive will be involved in a variety of projects throughout supply chain development and support continuous improvement initiatives. The advisor will analyze end‑to‑end performance and troubleshoot across the supply chain to enhance the customer proposition, maintaining stability of the current logic and processes for all digital orders.
- Monitor OMS logic/flow across all delivery methods, options and fulfilment locations – UK and Europe
- Work with OMS third‑party providers such as OneStock, Shopify, Fluent
- Support projects throughout the supply chain department – UK and Europe
- Monitor returns routing logic creation as per business requirements
- Support and maintain transactional communication journeys for online fulfilment, understanding involved systems and integrations
- Work with linked departments such as Retail, Merch, Trade & Transport
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, including technical systems
- Maintain visibility across OMS systems with rules and logic accuracy/performance
- Provide data and knowledge for project scopes impacting digital fulfilment
- Support stakeholders with BAU queries on supply chain projects
- Act as a trusted contact for all JD peers and build relationships within JD internal teams
- Produce and complete required tasks involving data analysis and operations
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics – preferably in Retail/Online
- Previous experience using OMS/CMS systems
- Familiarity with customer experience
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel
- Ability to work within a team of varying skillsets & project coverage
- Comfortable with fast‑paced work environment with frequent change
- Strong people skills with clear written and oral communication capabilities
- Ability to adapt communication style to various situations and stakeholders
- Can‑do, positive attitude for all challenges and tasks
- Degree preferred
