As a Store Colleague, you will be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience daily. You’ll greet customers with energy, keep the shop floor looking sharp, replenish stock, and maintain high customer service and presentation standards. You may also handle till work, support other store tasks, and maintain safety and store guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
- Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
