JD Sports is seeking a Regional People Manager to drive the Group People strategy across the JD Brand Retail UK, field-based in Central England. You will partner with the Head of People Partnering to deliver proactive HR services, guidance, and change initiatives that support business objectives.

You will lead on employee relations, performance management, and engagement, coaching line managers to uphold policies and values, while delivering Coventry and national projects.
