Overview
We are seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, support daily store operations, and develop a confident, motivated team.
You will drive customer service standards, ensure the store runs smoothly, and contribute to an energetic, high-performing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
