Role overview
Working within the Digital Merchandising team, you will manage the merchandising across our digital channels, ensuring that Visual Merchandising is accurate and commercial. This includes:
- Analysing product sales and stock to drive trade and stock sell-through.
- Managing relationships with Trade, Digital Marketing, and Buying teams to deliver high-quality site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Web and store sales analysis to identify key opportunities for site content and various Digital Marketing channels.
- Identifying and driving underperforming brands/categories/products.
- Stock analysis to maximise opportunities and sell-through.
- Owning the on-site Merchandising tool, Algolia, to manage all Visual Merchandising, product rankings, navigation, cross-sell/upsell, and search optimisation.
- Managing commercial collections and campaign links.
- Conducting regular site walks to identify and flag any issues.
