We are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised learning for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, empowering every learner to reach their full potential.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Tutors, ideally with PGCE or QTS, to join our team in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will work with students who are not currently accessing mainstream education, delivering tailored one-to-one tuition and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalised tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual learning needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of SEN/SEMH needs
- Develop and implement customised learning plans in collaboration with parents and professionals
- Provide emotional and social support in a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Work collaboratively with schools, parents, carers, and external agencies
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development
- PGCE / QTS, or experience in a similar role
- Proven experience supporting students with SEN/SEMH, including ASD and ADHD
- Strong understanding of SEN/SEMH strategies, including PECS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse needs
- Competitive pay of up to £30 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday work (approximately 3 hours per day per student)
