About the Role:
JDS Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Site Supervisor to support a friendly primary school in Enfield. You will work alongside the Site Supervisor to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment. This role involves site security, cleaning, maintenance, porterage, and supporting school activities and lettings.
Hours:
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 7:00am β 12:00pm
- Weds: 7:00am β 6:30pm
- Occasional weekend lettings
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, secure, and monitor the school site
- Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and decorating
- Clean and maintain buildings and grounds
- Set up rooms for school activities and lettings
- Support health & safety and safeguarding procedures
- Assist during after-school and weekend lettings
Requirements:
- Practical maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrical)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Enhanced DBS required
