Location: Walthamstow (E17)
Start Date: Tuesday 29th September 26 (2-3 days a week)
Salary Range: £16.67ph
Hours: 14-21 hours a week (term time only)
Position: Learning Support Assistant (specialising in Animation, Games design, Music, Music Production, Media OR Art & Design)
This provision supports learners who have a key interest within the creative industries, namely Gaming, Music, Drama and Media.
The learners have variety of needs including social emotional and mental health difficulties, autism, comprehension delay, challenging behaviour, dyslexia, and additional learning difficulties.
This role will be on a part-time basis and will commence immediately (during term time only!)

The hours are either 9am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (Timetabled)
To be considered for this role you will need to have Math's and English at GSCE grade C and above or be educated to degree level or have extensive experience supporting SEND students.
Person specification:
- Have a personality!
- Be confident with a strong background or have a key interest in the creative industries, ideally within Animation.
- Have an interest in the creative industries such as drama, fashion, music, Animation, gaming, music production etc.
- Have excellent timekeeping.
- Ables to use own initiative.
- Able to commit and be reliable 2-3 days a week
- 100% attendance
- Able to work 9am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Great interest in making a difference.
- Act as a great role model for the learners.
- Passion for supporting children with SEND including SEMH and Dyslexia.
This role will be to start immediately subject to clear enhanced DBS and referencing checks.
