Cleaning Supervisor
- Team Supervision:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3 other cleaning staff.
- Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
- Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing support.
- Manage staff attendance, rotas, holidays, and sickness.
Cleaning Operations
- Ensure all warehouse, office, canteen, washroom, and locker room areas are cleaned to required standards.
- Carry out regular inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requirements, spillages, and incidents.
- Operate cleaning machinery when required.
Working Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
£13.71 per hour
