We're a busy, fast-growing recruitment business looking for an organised and people-focused Account Coordinator to join our Warrington team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the management of our key client accounts and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resourcing and registering candidates for a variety of roles
- Supporting the day-to-day management of key client accounts
- Attending site visits, inductions and check-ins
- Building strong relationships with candidates and client contacts
- Coordinating shift bookings, compliance, and providing candidate support
- Providing on-site presence when required (must be a driver)
What We're Looking For:
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service approach
- Full UK driving licence required due to the need for client site visits
