We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established distribution client in Bradford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to work with an award-winning organisation. This is a temporary to permanent role with weekly pay at first before transferring to a permanent contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a team of operatives across several business areas from goods in to dispatch.
- Take overview of the work area, ensuring standards are met at all times.
- Be the point of contact on a daily basis for any warehouse related issues.
- Managing staff resources including sickness and holiday covers.
- Management of permanent and agency staff.
- Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved, motivating your team and providing support.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor position.
- Any FLT licences are desirable but not essential for the role.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people manager.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
