Trainee Import Clerk

Job Title: Trainee Import Clerk Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum Hours: Flexible hours between 08:00am and 18:00pm Location: Trafford Park Job Responsibilities: Accurately maintain and update shipment data into online internal systems, maintain accuracy Dealing with a wide range of documents, and uploading them to systems when required to do so Maintain documentation of internal processes & SOP\’s Exemplary communication, both internally with colleagues and externally with client and customers Assisting with a wide range of administration duties across the department Query Resolution – to resolve any operational queries from both internal & external departments in a timely & efficient manner Maintain compliance across all processes through acknowledgement and understanding of SOPs The Candidate: Experience of working within an office environment GCSE Level 6 or above in Math\’s and English Strong administration and customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Looking to build a career within logistics Reliable transport to Trafford Park JDRCC JD…
