We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join our growing client in the Taunton area. £28,000 per annum. Immediate start. Previous experience essential. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm. Permanent contract.
The role: As a Stock Controller your duties will be as follows:
- Supervise the receiving of goods ensuring that they match the purchase orders
- Act as primary point of contact for anything stock related
- Continually look for ways to improve the current stock processes
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage
- Track reorder point ensuring you're maintaining minimum stock levels
About you: As a Stock Controller you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a stock controller role
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience using inventory software or ERP systems
- Experience leading stock counts
