JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners to work at a large distribution centre based in Tamworth, B77
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors.
- Operating cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers and floor cleaners.
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, canteens, and locker rooms.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste in line with site procedures.
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
- Maintaining external areas including entrances and walkways where required.
- Responding promptly to spillages and hazards.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to management.
- Working independently and as part of a cleaning team.
Skills and Experience
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of health and safety requirements.
We have the following shifts available:
Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
Monday - Friday 10pm-6am
Sunday 6am-2pm
The pay rates are:
Days: £12.71 per hour
Nights: £13.71 per hour
Ongoing work for a minimum of 3 months
