JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an Assembly Operator / Solderer to join their growing manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with soldering or electronics assembly experience who are looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm

The Role
Working within a clean, modern manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for assembling high-quality electronic products and components to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Soldering electronic components to a high standard.
- Assembling products using hand tools and small components.
- Reading and following assembly instructions and technical drawings where required.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conducting basic testing and quality checks.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a close‑knit production team to achieve daily targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous soldering experience (essential).
- Experience in electronics or precision assembly is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
