Salary: Up to £36,000 (Basic Salary + OTE)

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames

Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days) / Evening and weekend hours required

JDR are currently working with one of our fast-growing clients based in London to support their search for a high-performing and driven Sales Consultant to join their store based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment but also takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a full sales cycle - initial interest through to conversion
  • Proactively drive revenue by promoting company services and identifying up selling opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience across all channels
  • Quickly identify customer needs and match them with the right solution
  • Build rapport and confidence to convert enquiries into long-term customers
  • Support smooth day-to-day running of the store
  • Completing key administrative supportive duties
