Shifts 8am-8pm | Working Saturday & Sunday
Temporary to Permanent - 12 weeks
We're recruiting a Weekend Bank Staff Advisor to join our busy and friendly Resourcing Team based in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑paced admin work, problem‑solving, and delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring services across the organisation are fully staffed by coordinating bank and agency cover, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a main point of contact for bank staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking and coordinating shift cover using internal systems
- Maintaining accurate computerised records and staff availability
- Liaising with managers, bank staff, and preferred agencies
- Providing high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and app
- Supporting new bank staff registrations and compliance checks
Hours & Flexibility

Weekend work: Saturday & Sunday, on a shift basis working 8am-8pm
- Optional extra hours: Opportunity to pick up 1 weekday shift if desired
What we're looking for -
- Strong admin and IT skills (MS Office essential)
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach
Previous experience in administration or a customer‑facing role is essential; experience within social care or resourcing is desirable but not required.
