The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 € per hour.

JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client based in St Helens WA9. This position is temporary to permanent after completion of 12 weeks.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm (Friday 3.30pm Finish)

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Location: WA9

The Role:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Processing customer orders via phone and email
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates and assistance
  • General office duties as required

  • Previous office, administrative experience preferred
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Proficient with computers and data entry systems
  • Friendly, proactive and able to work independently
